The sheriff does not advertise a separately named records division or a local online request portal. Call 712-852-3535 before visiting to confirm the custodian, current fee, required identification, delivery method, and whether the requested portion is public. General county business hours are weekdays 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.; a deputy, dispatcher, and jailer are on duty continuously, but that does not mean the records counter is always open.
